A special plaque ceremony at VFW Post 9486.
This plaque has been created to honor the memory of Sp4 Peter M. Teofrio.
Peter was the son of our beloved and departed comrade Matt "Dukey" Teofrio. Peter, a Vietnam veteran was killed in a tragic accident while in the service of
his country shortly after having returned from Vietnam.
